Sunday Stills

This weeks assignment was reflection. I'd thought about doing a horse eye, but everyone is doing that these days. Besides...the best one I've got has snow reflected in the eye and undoubtedly MiKael the northwest weather woman would come along and mention how we have no snow this week.... =>

So out into my big backyard I went, certain there was nothing at all unusual or super fun or lovely. Sure...there are trees reflected in puddles back there on Carpenter Creek. But bare trees in water are not really exciting.

I was certain that's what I'd end up with, though. That is...until the cat came along!

Bingo!

To see who else is participating, go visit Sunday Stills.

Thanks, y'all. Yes, the trees are definitely a better shot...but the kitty just had to be shot!

Love it! I was just thinking about how hard it would be to catch Elora's reflection in water (as cats usually don't like it)...and then saw your shot!! :) The bare trees were excellent as well.

I thought the framing of the tree in the water was very well done, and the cat in the water was fun!

Very nice, patience is everything..

Ahhh, patience and persistence pays off with the puddycat! And the first shot is good too, because the pebbled ground gives it an interesting texture.

You're lucky your kitty helped you out...........mine were nowhere near the water. LOL Great shot....but I'm sure it was just LUCK!
