Isn't that cat hilarious? My grandmother had a cat like that, though she was indoors so couldn't steal from the neighbors. But I think she would have, if given the opportunity :)
Cracking up!! We had a cat like that but was indoors. She stole items right out of dresser drawers! I thought she was crazy... like literally, now I know she wasn't all that unique.
